After our session, you may feel more tired as you integrate new frequencies. This is a great time to really nourish your body each grounding foods such as rice, hot chocolate, matcha, citrus, and being out in nature.
Listen to Zero Point Meditation preferably in the morning until you get used to creating your own matrix
