  1. How do I feel in my body today? Scan from head to toe and note any sensations.

  2. What emotions am I experiencing right now?

  3. What's one fear that surfaced today? How did I respond to it?

  4. In what way did I show kindness to my inner child today?

  5. What's one positive behavior I practiced today?

Weekly Prompts

  1. Fear Inventory:

    • List 3-5 fears that came up this week.

    • For each fear, reflect: Where does this fear come from? How does it affect my behavior?

  2. Behavior Repatterning:

    • Identify one behavior you'd like to change.

    • What triggers this behavior?

    • Visualize a new, healthier response. How would it feel?

    • What small step can you take this week to implement this new pattern?

  3. Inner Child Check-in:

    • If your inner child could speak to you now, what would they say?

    • How can you nurture and protect your inner child this coming week?

  4. Energy Assessment:

    • Where did I feel most energetically aligned this week?

    • Where did I feel energetic blocks or resistance?

  5. Gratitude and Growth:

    • List 3 things you're grateful for from this week's healing journey.

    • What's one insight or growth you've experienced?

Monthly Prompts

  1. Comprehensive Fear Inventory:

    • Review your weekly fear inventories. What patterns do you notice?
